Sharing your best blogging tips…

Hi Everyone,

I thought I would make a post where we can all share our best blogging tips with the community, as to what works and what doesn’t…Of course there is no one best tip, as different things work for different people…but I thought this could be helpful for both new and seasoned bloggers πŸ™‚ Please place your tip in the comment section so we can get a good discussion going …I will start it off with a couple of mine that has worked for me…

1.) Be passionate about the material you post on the blog. Β Write Β with conviction… I feel that helps Β transfer your love for what you are sharing with your readers.

2.) Communicate with other bloggers if you get the time…It means so much to see a comment on your post…so try and leave your thoughts on what you have read if you get the time ( of course like button is great when you are short of time) …and on the same topic, try to respond to the comments that you get…it helps you build lasting connections with your readers.

Alright I hope to see many more tips from my fellow bloggers and friends in the comment section…I will try to add them all to the post after one week. πŸ™‚

  1. I like to focus on the special connections I have made. I know it can be tempting to focus on numbers of visits or likes or comments… but I find it is much more rewarding to look for the depth of connection that happens. ❀

    • That is true…it is indeed very rewarding to build that connection ❀ ❀ I have been blessed to have found such beautiful souls here that way πŸ™‚ including yourself πŸ™‚ Thank you so much for sharing Laurie ❀

  2. I think one of the biggest lessons that Blogging 101 has taught me so far has to be the one about communicating with other bloggers. I never really explored other blogs before this class, and now I have learned that by doing so, you can introduce so many new people to your blog as well as discover so many intriguing things! For instance, this is the first time that I have stumbled upon your blog… and I definitely plan to explore it further! πŸ™‚

    • Thank you for sharing your experience, and I completely agree with you on the communications part…and what a great example πŸ˜‰ I too will read more of your posts …thank you again for stopping by and sharing your thoughts πŸ™‚ Looking forward to connecting with you πŸ™‚

  3. I’ve noticed that reaching for the audience you wrote for is helpful. If I write about “Writing Tips” I’m going to go read posts with the tag “Writing” for about an hour–commenting on/liking posts of people I think would get something out of it.

  4. Communication and quality content, in my opinion, are the best ways to make a blog beautiful πŸ™‚ …

  5. Great tips! I love it when people comment and I like to comment on others’ blogs too. It makes this community special.

  6. I think the best tip is not to copy others, but just be you. I always say comparison is the thief of joy. Thank you for all the other comments! ❀

  7. One of the best things I’ve learned recently is to talk like you have an audience. A lot of blogger’s just act like they’re talking to themselves and that doesn’t draw people into the conversation.

  8. Reblogged this on forgottenmeadows and commented:

Here are some more blog tips from your fellow bloggers! Please check the comment section on the original post! πŸ™‚ More tips are always welcome as we grow together as a community!

  9. Everyone has said it, but I’ll be redundant πŸ™‚ – blogging is -social- media so we need to be social. If we were looking for -antisocial- media we’d all just read paper magazines πŸ˜‰

  10. Great advice Neha! Thank you πŸ™‚

  11. Great tips! I am working on the connection with other bloggers πŸ™‚

  12. I am new to blogging (no blogging tip from me πŸ™‚ ). I came across your blog and its really nice, will definitely explore. For me I like a blog if the words n content touches me. πŸ™‚
