For as long as I can remember,
you have been my greatest teacher,
of patience,
of resilience,
and of strength.
My heart’s storm and solace
You scatter my prayers,
in the wind
and share it
with the cosmos.

that caress your mind…
let your thoughts splatter,
with the wild brush of unrestrained emotions,
Open like the blue vastness above you,
let your heart fold around the curvature of the earth,

Loving earth,
Spring’s heart
lay on the green grass
after rain…
evoking this feeling of comfort
buried deep within,

Arose the tides of freedom,
chained in her heart.
