Sunday Smiles

My husband and I went to the Museum of Nature and Science yesterday…and there was a mythical creature exhibition…In that exhibition there was a wall for kids to draw their own mythical creatures…There were unicorns and octo mermaid and chicken horn…I loved all the creativity and the creatures they came up with…but this one made me laugh out loud (literally) but in a good way…Thought I would share it with you all…Happy Sunday Everyone! Melody of the moon

Once upon my dream of sunlit smiles,

I followed you past the twilight miles,

Into the melody of the moon.

You hide your pain…

You hide your pain,

in the pouring rain ,

of smiles.

Sometimes…

Sometimes in the quietness of my thoughts,

my tears cleanse my mind,

to find the path to my smiles,

again.

Nostalgia

Cloudy morning,

of quiet rain,

hits me with the cool breeze,

of nostalgia.

Longing

Tonight I feel an irresistible longing…
For those lazy nights in front of the fire…
The un-rushed conversations of our hearts desire…
Smiles that tugged at the corner of our lips…
The Warmth that spread from our ears to our fingertips…
The snuggles under the huge blanket,
and a cup of hot chocolate.
