that sparkled on the lake,
as I held your hands in mine,
with my heart for you to take,
and we smiled at this moment,
which words didn’t bother to break,
loving with our eyes.

Under this silence of the skies,
let your heart speak,
for it knows not the diplomacies of the mind,
when it asks the stars,
about love.

trapped in your soulful eyes,

standing tall behind the grey clouds,
beckoning me to their mystical glory,
