thoughts from my mind to yours

I had a rough day yesterday due to a person questioning my integrity…Being an honest person and a person who puts integrity first I was mad and upset of such an accusation…but I got through it with the support of my loved ones and let that person know how wrong they were… Needless to say I will not be interacting much with that said person anymore…Seeing this quote this morning made me smile πŸ™‚ Question to my friends here…how do you handle wrongful accusation that is hurtful, baseless and does not at all represent you?

  1. You have done remarkably well under the circumstances. I think the best one can do to refute such false allegations is speak calmly, logically and have proper evidence to back oneself up when available. However, this sounds too simplistic. If the person who acted in such a way has done so with a vested interest then there is little you can do. But on the other if it is an honest mistake from his or her part then there is a good chance that the situation will rectify itself in near future. Your friends and associates who know you well and trust you will stand by you anyway. It is those people whose opinions count and not anyone who speaks or acts otherwise.

    • Thank you so much for your kind word and support…and you are right that what matters more is the opinion of my friends and loved ones…I do not know the reason the person acted in such a way or why they haven’t apologized after knowing the truth…I am choosing to let go now and disassociating myself from this…as I don’t want to be part of the negative energy they have brought…But thank you again for taking the time and leaving your thoughts…it means a lot πŸ™‚

  2. Walk on. Lift your head and sights high. And leave behind any hurt or disappointment from a thoughtless person. You don’t need their opinions to live a great life. Limiting interaction with Toxic persons makes sense. Sue

    • Thank you so much for your kind words and advise soon…and I agree, I am not going to be part of any negative energy that is brought to me and thus remove myself from the situation…also in the process of letting go of the hurt and anger it has created…:) ❀ Thank you again for stopping by!

  3. Oh, my goodness. What happened to all of our conversation we had here, Neha? I came here to tell you the post I did for you will be up later today and I see our precious conversation missing. My Heart just about flew up in my throat just now.
