It came
quietly
like a gentle breeze
in the crimson sky
that touched the leaves
with a drop of red
like sweet whispers
walking on cool sand
of memories built
in little tokens
as we watch the green fade
and the petals fall
on the meadows forgotten
paying tribute,
to summer’s end.
You did not hear the quiet sound
of the beating heart
and got lost in your own words
missing the passion
of the eyes
you stared at the skies
for answers.
Lost
in the songs of nowhere and everywhere
following the sky
of the world.

of yesterday.

of my heart,
writing poetry on earth.

you fall like fireflies of stardust
of dreams that travel through the world
of sparkling stars
burning through the cosmos
you fall
gently
softly
tired
you fall
into the black hole
asleep.
Finding peace
in the summer breeze
on evening walks…
Musings of the hearts and sky
on little things that capture our eyes
the most…
in life.

Half of our hearts splattered in the sky
while the other half stood still
mesmerized
in the evening light
fallen between you and I
as the colours touched our eyes
we dipped our minds in golden serenity.
After the quiet rain,
we drove into the sunset,
drifting with the clouds,
finding the rainbow…
in our hearts,
happy.
