The gentle kiss of the sun on our willow tree,
with love it sets it free,
my favourite morning light.

Beautiful. I grew up around really tall pines. I loved watching the first and last sun on the trees. I’d watch the sun slip away from their reach at days end in quiet contemplation. Bitter sweet.

Thank you so much Elizabeth 🙂 Your comment is so poetic and full of imagery, I feel like I was there with you watching the light hit those pines 🙂

Morning light… Wonderful for taking photos.
I have a Willow tree in my front yard (along with four Pecan trees) that I love to cast my thoughts upon.

Very beautiful words and picture. Makes me wish for real Spring weather. It’s still rainy and cold here in Chicago even though it’s the end of April.
