Thank you! And Yes, in Asia I believe it does grow naturally, often in murky ponds…but this picture was taken by my better half in Canada haha at a botanical garden…don’t think they grew here naturally … but not sure :p I only know they are known to symbolize beauty and purity even in the not so nice surroundings of the water they grow in, and are often untouched by it ( that is my limited knowledge of lotus o and that it is the national flower of India :p ) 🙂 Hope you have a good weekend and your finger is doing better…:)

Oh Sweetie, don’t worry ’bout me–the cut was a week or more ago and is nearly healed, but it made for a great poem! So, do you live in Canada? I’m a couple hours or so away from Vancouver, BC (in the US) Thanks for the info about lotus, that helped a lot.

Yes, I do… I live in Ontario 🙂 but my better half lives in Denver so I visit there often 🙂 And I am glad you are ok and that the info helped.
